So I submitted my first post to Slashdot after having used their site for news for years. It was kind of fun. And my post got accepted, and somebody commented on it! Just one comment so far, but still!

Even better it has been quite heavily commented. Well done Dan for forming part of the Slashdot community with actual cool science articles rather than just spammy “read us” posts.
